Can we pick the songs or do you have a list of songs to choose from?Absolutely, you can! We love it when you share your favourites. That said, we also recommend trusting our professional expertise. Our carefully curated set list is all about getting your guests singing, dancing, and having a blast—think napkin waving and conga lines (space permitting, of course)! With a diverse range of songs, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. From the classic vibe of “Can't Take My Eyes Off Of You” to the sing-along fun of “Proud Mary”, we’ve got the perfect tunes lined up. Trust us, your guests will be raving about it long after the party ends!

How do you do the reveal?When it’s time for the big reveal, we make quite the entrance with a dramatic fall and a crashing sound that gets everyone’s attention! Our talented team has a few fun tricks up our sleeve to ensure the surprise is unforgettable. We love collaborating with our couples on the surprise element—your fabulous ideas often inspire our performances, making them even more special!

How much is the deposit and when is my final balance due?The deposit is £100 and the final balance is due 14 days prior to your wedding.

When do you perform through the day?We blend in effortlessly with the venue staff, helping to serve starters and main courses. The singing set and reveal happen right after the main course, ensuring maximum surprise and making sure all your guests are in the room to enjoy the moment.

I've booked you, and paid my deposit, what happens now?Sit back, relax, and enjoy knowing you've booked fantastic entertainment that will create unforgettable memories for you and your guests! We’ll send your final balance invoice about 30 days before your wedding. In the week leading up to your big day, we'll reach out to your venue to coordinate all the details, including our arrival and setup times, uniform requirements, and any necessary insurance certificates. We’ve got everything covered for you!

Do you speak to the venue?Yes, we will speak to the venue to arrange arrival & set up times, what to wear as well also timings of the event.

Do you use your own equipment?Yes we do. We provide a full PA system with radio mics. All of our performers are fully insured with Public Liability cover of up to £2,000,000. All electrical equipment is also PAT tested and certificates will be sent to your venue when required.

How far do you travel?Our primary service area includes Cumbria, the North West, the North East, and the Scottish Borders, but we’re more than happy to travel wherever your celebration takes us! Every booking includes the first 100 miles of travel for free, after that we charge 45p per mile. For locations that are over 2 hours 30 minutes from Penrith, the cost of accommodation will be added (either the night before or the night of your event. This will be included in your quote).

Do you serve food and/ord drinks?Yes we do, the whole idea is to blend in with the venue staff so your guests do not realise who we are until we spring the surprise!

Can I keep this a secret from my partner?Definitely! You tell only who you want to know! The less people that know we have been booked the better the surprise on the day.

How much do you cost?Our prices are very competitive. Our singing waiter packages start from £495.

How much contact do I have with you?As much or as little as you like! We pride ourselves on our customer service to make your event as special as possible, so if you have any last minute worries or just want to talk through logistics we are just a call or email away.
